The outbreak of Covid-19 provided an opportunity for SureScreen to expand its services to include Covid self-test kits. These kits had to be made available to many international markets and this meant providing communication material in the local language alongside the kits.

Given Bubbles’ specialised expertise in pharmaceutical, medical and biotechnology translations, SureScreen approached Bubbles for translating their communication material into several international languages. The translations had to be delivered promptly and the number of languages kept increasing as the demand for the kits grew in the international exports market. The documentation that needed translating was highly technical and involved complex medical terms.
