DWK Life Sciences is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of precision labware as well as a storage and packaging solutions provider for a wide range of scientific and industrial applications. The company has acclaimed product brands DURAN®, WHEATON® and KIMBLE®.
DWK had been experiencing difficulties in producing high-quality translations of their technical content such as product sheets, catalogues, leaflets, labels, and website content, especially into the French language. Their niche content demanded that the translations not only be accurate but also have consistent terminology for each of their markets.
Delivering excellence in the French market
Bubbles started working with DWK in 2014 and were able to quickly set up a team of specialist, native-speaking French translators who were able to meet the exacting requirements. This was achieved by not only using translators that had extensive experience in this specialist field but also building terminology databases and glossaries from approved material that DWK had produced previously. This set of resources is continually updated each time a new project is undertaken thereby ensuring long-term consistency in of terminology.
Bubbles, having proven its credentials with the French translation project, has now been given the responsibility to provide translations into other European as well as other international languages by DWK.
