About
US based FrontierMEDEX are a multi-billion dollar company; working in some of the most challenging environments in the world they provide medical solutions in crisis areas such war zones and areas affected by natural disasters.
Our Translation Services
Given the nature of FrontierMEDEX’s industry they need to source competent, compliant and risk-free companies for their translation needs. As an industry leading company Bubbles was tasked with the challenge of initially checking the critical first-response medical procedures in use in various Middle-Eastern countries.
FrontierMEDEX wanted to ensure that these procedures were as accurate and efficient as possible, enabling them to undertake and improve upon their life saving medical solutions. Previously they had used local staff who were not professionally trained as translators.
The Solution
There are few industries that have a life critical reliance on the accuracy of translations and whilst Bubbles approached this project with the same meticulous focus on accuracy, the gravity of the task was recognised and respected.
From the initial task of analysing the quality and levels of service of their translation staff it was established that the need for professionally trained translators was vital, a task that was ultimately contracted to Bubbles. The partnership between Bubbles and FrontierMEDEX has grown to incorporate a wide range of translations needs, including commercial agreements, training publications and HR material.
The end solution that Bubbles provided meant that translations in urgent and precarious situations have improved upon accuracy and efficiency. What’s more the previously untrained local staff have been able to concentrate of their professional roles as medics and care providers.
Added Value
The professional relationship between Bubbles and FrontierMEDEX continues to go from strength to strength today, Bubbles are entrusted with not only life critical translations, but have also been tasked with the translation of highly specialised medical publications by the respected ‘Royal College of Surgeons’.
